The creative ecosystem has been disrupted by Covid-19, accelerating ever greater art and technology convergence by digitalisation.

Join the two-day online talk series to discuss how arts leaders face change and transform art within this disrupted environment in a hyper-connected world. Exploring the topics of 'communication between art and technology' and 'sustainable art and technology convergence for exchange and expansion', this will focus on the roles of professional art managers working at the art/tech interface.

The Australia-Korea Art & Technology Talk Series opens with the special keynote address by Korea’s pioneering digital art museum director, Roh Soh-yeong at the Art Center Nabi. The Talk Series features experts from Australia and Korea who are expanding the boundaries of art, thus providing new experiences to audiences based on the creative reinterpretation of technology. Australian experts join us from Illuminate Adelaide, Museum of Discovery. (MOD.), Patch Theatre, and Australian Network for Art and Technology (ANAT). Korean experts join us from Art & Technology Team at Arts Council Korea and Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, Total Museum and Dandi Fest. Hear how arts leaders shed light on their success in working at the intersection of art and technology.

Together we ask questions such as:

1.   How does technology inform art?

2.   Why is good technology invisible?

3.   What is the role of arts leaders in the 4th industrial revolution?
